Sacred Ohms is a platform that connects the owners of beautiful sacred properties (“Ohms”) to retreat Retreat Leaders who are seeking an energetically aligned space that is tailored to fit their desires for hosting their experience.

We provide hand-selected retreat Retreat Leaders with access to Ohms that encompass the amenities and comforts they desire while embracing environmentally friendly property management practices. We aim to offer different levels of Ohms to serve the needs of healing and spiritual gatherings and retreats. Inclusivity is at the core of the Sacred Ohms values, providing a range of properties to fit within the unique needs of each Retreat Leader. Our mission is to build a community of like-minded people who are elevating consciousness on the planet.

We discovered that finding the ideal space for a retreat was often challenging for retreat Retreat Leaders for several reasons that include but are not limited to the difficulty in finding a truly sacred location, facing unexpected responsibilities of equipping a home with the materials necessary for various wellness activities and workshops and feeling out of alignment with the home owner’s values.

Our solution is to provide a platform where retreat Retreat Leaders can connect with Ohms that are being held to the standards necessary to ensure a blissful experience.

Listing your Ohm:

1. What sets Sacred Ohms apart from existing property rental platforms?
Sacred Ohms is a purpose-driven, membership-only community, and integrated booking platform that revolutionizes the wellness experience by seamlessly connecting retreat leaders to energetically aligned property hosts, fostering a harmonious booking and retreat hosting experience for all.

2. What are the requirements to list my property on Sacred Ohms?
We are focused on building strong relationships with property owners who share our values and operate with integrity. Our ideal properties are those that are interested in being utilized for healing and spiritual retreats and gatherings.

We encourage and support our Ohms in achieving a sustainability badge on our website that shows retreat leaders what kind and how many sustainability efforts the property is pursuing.

Our requirements for our property partnerships (Ohms) are that a yoga mat, a meditation pillow, and a blanket be available for each guest that the property can hold.

3. If my property is listed in other property rental platforms, can I still list it on Sacred Ohms?

Sacred Ohms is a booking platform that doesn't require exclusivity. Unlike other platforms, we vet and interview renters to ensure that property owners are not vulnerable to unfavorable situations that may disrupt the intentional energy they have created. We trust that our property partners will do their due diligence in selecting where they list their sacred space.

4. Does Sacred Ohms have preferred vendors for property owners to order the necessary items needed to list their property?

Sacred Ohms is in the process of building relationships with aligned brands to offer discounts to our property partners.

5. How do I list my Ohm on Sacred Ohms?

Please visit www.sacredohms.com to submit your property and upon review from our team, we will set up a live call with you to discuss your property. After our conversation, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to list your property through our self-guided website.

6. How will my property be recognized on the Sacred Ohms website for our sustainable practices and amenities?

Sacred Ohms has three sustainability badges for our property partners. Once our property partners meet the criteria for a badge, the badges will be displayed on the property’s profile so that a retreat operator can easily differentiate which properties are sustainable. 7. What does it cost to become a member of Sacred Ohms?

There is no fee to find or list a property on Sacred Ohms. Sacred Ohms charges a 15% fee to Ohms for every booking. Sacred Ohms does not charge Retreat Leaders a fee for bookings. However, if a credit card is used, there is a standard 2.9% processing fee from the credit card company.

8. How do payouts work for property owners?

Sacred Ohms will release your payout within 48 hours after a retreat leader checks into your space. Your payout method as well as your bank processing times will determine how long it takes for you to receive the money into your attached account.
Cancelations will be paid out in the same way. If you are due a partial refund for a cancelation, it will be issued within 48 hours of the cancelation.

9. What is the process if any damages occur at my property?

If the damages exceed the deposit paid by the retreat leader, please submit a claim with your insurance provider. If the damages are within the deposit amount, please deduct the amount of the damage and return the rest to the retreat leader.

Setting Pricing & Calendar

1. How do I set my pricing and calendar?

Once you create the profile of your Ohm, you will have the option to sync your pricing and calendar with other sites or set pricing and availability directly through Sacred Ohms.

Cleaning Fees & Taxes

1. May we add any additional fees besides the nightly rate?

Please absorb extra fees such as cleaning fees and local taxes into one price and present it as your Ohm’s nightly rate.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation Policy #1 - Full Refund

Retreat Leaders are subject to a full refund if they cancel 90 days or more before the retreat, and is transferable. Within 90 days, they are not subject to a refund, nor is it transferable.

Cancellation Policy #2 - Partial Refund

Retreat Leaders are subject to a 50% refund if they cancel 90 days or more before the retreat, and is transferable. Within 90 days, they are not subject to a refund, nor is it transferable.

Cancellation Policy #3 - No Refund

Retreat Leaders are not subject to a refund after booking. The reservation is transferable 90 days or more before the retreat. Within 90 days, the reservation is non-transferable.

If an Ohm cancels on a Retreat Leader, the Ohm will be required to pay 25% of the total price if canceled between 30 days and 9 months. If canceled within 30 days, the Ohm is due to pay the Retreat Leader 50%

Security Deposit

1. How is the security deposit handled?

Security deposits are held in a Sacred Ohms escrow account once the booking is executed. After checkout, you have 3 days to claim the security deposit. Otherwise, 100% of the deposit is returned to the Retreat Leader.

2. Who will be eligible to make Bookings on Sacred Ohms?

Sacred Ohms offers our booking services exclusively for approved Retreat Leaders. We conduct a thorough interview during the onboarding process to ensure that all Retreat Leaders are experienced, mindful, and respectful. Once approved, Retreat Leaders can make bookings and start planning their next retreat! Retreat Leaders on Sacred Ohms are dedicated to facilitating healing and spiritual gatherings and retreats.

3. How does a Retreat Leader find a retreat property on Sacred Ohms?

To find a Sacred Ohm for their next retreat, the Retreat Leader will visit our Sacred Ohms website and enter their desired location, travel dates, and number of guests. They will browse through the available listings and use filters to refine their search based on price, amenities, and other preferences.

4. How does a Retreat Leader book a place on Sacred Ohms?

Once they've found a listing they are interested in, they select their desired travel dates and the number of guests. They will review the listing details, house rules, cancellation policy, and any additional fees. Then they will click on "Request to Book", if available, and follow the prompts to complete their request.

5. Once a Retreat Leader selects “Request to Book”, is their booking confirmed?

If the property is available for instant booking, the reservation will be confirmed upon checkout. If the property owner has requested to review each booking, the reservation will be confirmed only upon approval and after checkout. Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation and see the property on your “Upcoming Trips” tab.

6. What types of retreats are available to host?

Sacred Ohms recognizes that there are many kinds of modalities available for healing and spirituality retreats that a retreat leader may want to include in their retreats. Some modalities include- yoga, breathwork, and sound healing.

7. Is it safe to host my property on Sacred Ohms?

Sacred Ohms offers our booking services exclusively for approved Retreat Leaders. We conduct a thorough interview during the onboarding process to ensure that all Retreat Leaders are experienced, mindful, and respectful to assure property owners and limit unfavorable experiences.

8. What safety measures does Sacred Ohms have in place?

Sacred Ohms has implemented safety features, such as host and guest reviews, vetted members, secure payment systems, and a messaging platform to enhance trust and transparency. Additionally, each property lists their unique safety features on their profiles.

9. What should I do if there's an issue with a Retreat Leader or guest during their stay?

If you encounter any issues during your guests' reservation, first try to communicate with the guest to resolve the problem. If that doesn't work, you can reach out to Sacred Ohms customer support for assistance. Document any relevant information or evidence to support your case.
