Our compensation model is straightforward: we take a 15% commission from the Ohm property owners' payout for bookings made through our platform. We ask Ohm owners to maintain price parity with their primary listings outside our platform, ensuring consistency, transparency and fairness.
In return, we are committed to showcasing your venue to the most incredible retreat organizers in the world, helping them find the perfect space to facilitate their transformative experiences. We also provide ongoing support and resources to both you and the retreat leaders, fostering a community dedicated to meaningful change.
