Property Description
Mas els Igols is a traditional 18th century Catalan farmhouse, transformed into a beautiful art-filled retreat center for up to 15 people. An oasis-like estate surrounded by the Pènedes vineyards near Barcelona. Switch on your senses in this quiet situated Masia, that breathes warmth and understated luxury. We are inviting you to ‘Live Light’ and unwind; sit back and come to yourself in the lushness of this rural setting. The Soul Farm is the perfect place to organize your retreat. We invite you to design your own program in our warm, serene and peaceful place. We can also help to add some extra experiences for your clients and offer a range of services, like wine tastings, guided tours, various menus, art classes and more. We try to make life easy for retreat organizers with our experienced hosts with extended knowledge of the retreat market and event organisation.

Terms and Legal Conditions This terms and conditions apply to all direct or indirect services available online, through any mobile device, by e-mail or phone. By accessing, browsing or using our web site www.elsigols.com or any of our applications available through platforms and/or by making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions indicated below. These pages, their contents, structure, infrastructure and the online booking service for accommodations made available through this web site, are owned, operated and made available by Mas els Igols SCP, located at Cami la Verna S/N Mas els Igols, 08737, Torrelles de Foix, Spain. BOOKING CONDITIONS Reservations and requests for information can be made online, by phone, e-mail or through any platform representing us. No reservation will be binding until the client has accepted the offer and paid the amount of the deposit as detailed in the next point. At the time of formalizing the reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total amount will be paid within 48 hours. Reservations will be confirmed by email, once the credit is received. Soul Farm Mas els Igols will only confirm a reservation when it can verify that the requested deposit has been paid, at which time the reservation confirmation will be sent along with the details of the reservation. The payment of the rest of the total amount of the reservation must be paid, 6 weeks before arrival at the farm. Soul Farm Mas els Igols delivers the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation more than 120 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be returned subtracting transfer and handling fees. Cancellation more than 6 weeks and less than 120 days before arrival: 40% of the reservation will be charged (the full deposit). Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged. In the case of a refund to the client, the reimbursement made will be through bank transfer to the client’s bank account number provided through email (soulfarm@elsigols.com). Soul Farm Mas els Igols is not responsible for any errors in the bank account details provided. The client is responsible for providing the correct information to reimburse the booking amount. In case the client changes the dates, the cancellations deadlines will not change accordingly. Any cancellation, including those due to force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellations have to be made by sending an email to soulfarm@elsigols.com We strongly suggest a travel insurance that covers cancellations by force majeure. ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN Please, make sure to inform us about the approximate arrival time and/or of any delay or unexpected change in your arrival time, so that we can organize your check-in. Your contact person at Soul Farm Mas els Igols will give you the key and all the information you need. The house will be available for check-in from 17:00 to 23:00 of the arrival day. If you need to check in before or after the available times, you can send us an email at soulfarm@elsigols.com at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival. We will confirm if the request is accepted by email. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT The house will be delivered cleaned and in perfect conditions of use. Please note that, by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you accept that the damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be charged to the guests. If the house has damages caused by the guests, the corresponding amount will be charged for the corresponding amount. Check-out time is 11.00. If you need to depart later, please tell your contact person at Soul farm Mas els Igols when you book the reservation. Late check-outs after 11:00 are subject to an extra charge up to the full price per night. Checking out after 11:00 will only be subject to availability and acceptance by the owner. Please, return the house and room keys to your contact person at Soul Farm Mas els Igols and make sure you take all your luggage and belongings with you. CLEANING Soul Farm Mas els Igols will be delivered in perfect conditions of use and cleanliness. The house will be cleaned before your stay, and once more if you stay longer than three days (four days or more). If the client requires additional cleaning services, a supplement of 250 euros will be paid per cleaning session, which will include the changing of bedsheets. RULES OF Soul Farm Mas els Igols Guests will take responsibility for closing and locking the house correctly when going out of the house. Parties or gatherings that could disturb other people in the house are not allowed. In the rural region we are situated in, noise above 50dB outdoors is not permitted after 22.00. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire house. If the occupants smoke, an extra cleaning service supplement of 250€/room will be charged. Due the minimum suspicion, like tobacco smell or fag-end remainders, automatically leads to the supplement. The holiday home is only reserved for the exclusive use of clients that have supplied their personal data to register in the Spanish government, according to tourism regulations. The house capacity is 15 people; no more people can stay. Pets are welcomed, provided they are respectful and do not disturb other guests. Animals that are considered dangerous by Spanish regulations should be kept according to regulations. Visits are not allowed. It is not allowed, under no circumstances, to have more people than the maximum number of allowed guests defined in the description above, without communicating it to the owners, including children older than 2 years old. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity of the house, as indicated in the guide of rules and booking conditions, the owner can demand an economic compensation proportional to the price per person. Soul Farm Mas els Igols will appreciate any suggestion you can give to make your future stays more pleasant. Thank you very much and enjoy your stay!
