Property Description

The Hill Country Herb Garden is a beautiful and tranquil property perfect for corporate and wellness retreats. The property features the Spa with a sauna in each changing room, the Restaurant with a full bar, a gift shop, Gardens, and yoga classes/yoga studio. The property also has amazing lodging options with 14 cottages with the capacity of two guests each and a Garden House which sleeps 12 guests total. The Garden House has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, living room, and two kitchens. There is an option to rent half of the Garden House: the South or the East side. The property also has meeting and events spaces: the full Restaurant, the Wisteria Room in the Restaurant, the Botanical Room (yoga studio), the Gardens, and The Garden House.

We ask every guest to remember a few simple things about what makes a great guest.

OUR COTTAGE POLICIES CHECK IN – CHECK OUT Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. If you arrive and our office is closed, please refer to your confirmation email and text for your Cottage number. After-hours check-in instructions will be located in your mailbox, or call our office at 830-997-8615 and we will provide instructions for self-check in. Check out is anytime until 11 am. Late checkouts must be approved and are subject to an additional charge. GROUP BOOKINGS Group bookings have the option of enjoying special happy hour events, wine or pop-up dinners, brunch, or other dining and beverage options through our in-house culinary program. If you're interested in hosting a private event during your stay, please contact summer@elementshospitalityllc.com for more information. PETS Pets are NOT allowed on the property, including emotional support animals. We can only accommodate service animals who are ADA Certified. A $500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any unauthorized pets found on property and you will be asked to vacate the premises. SMOKING Hill Country Herb Garden is a 100% smoke free environment, which means absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property! Guests will be financially responsible ($500) for any cleaning or damage caused by smoking and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. DAMAGE DISCLAIMER Our goal is to provide a unique experience for each guest, so we take pride in our linens, furnishings, decor, etc. Please report any spills or damage immediately. We reserve the right to charge for excess cleaning, damages, repairs or replacement costs as we deem necessary. Any fees will be charged to the card on file without prior approval or notification. Hill Country Herb Garden is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. Any items left after your departure can be returned to you for the cost of shipping. Any items not claimed after 30 days will be donated. CHILDREN If you’re traveling with children, please kindly give our offices a call so that we may adjust your reservation to best accommodate. Your confirmed reservation with Hill Country Herb Garden will constitute understanding and acceptance of the stated policies.
